Verónica Muñoz is a Puerto Rican multidisciplinary artist, crochet designer, and entrepreneur currently studying Fashion Marketing & Management at The Savannah College of Art and Design.
Art has been woven into Verónica's identity for as long as she can remember. Whether through painting, drawing, card-making, jewelry, or fashion, she has always turned to creative expression as both a meditative ritual and as her love language.
During the stillness of the pandemic, Verónica longed for a new medium to explore. That’s when she rediscovered crochet—a craft her grandmother practiced and once taught her as a child. It quickly became a passionate obsession. The process of crochet, the rhythm of each stitch transforming into a wearable piece, offers comfort both in its creation and in its presence on the body.
Verónica has always been drawn to leadership and organization. Her entrepreneurial spirit emerged at age 12, when she launched her first small business—an experience that sparked her fascination with branding and marketing. Finally, at 16, she decided to pursue a long-held dream and founded her own brand, Vagattela, a testament to her vision and creative drive.
